Procedure for concluding the Service Agreement
GO Discover Ltd provides the service of booking tours in Serbia, which can be booked through the Internet portal www.godiscover.rs. Accordingly, the GO Discover Ltd Service Agreement is concluded exclusively digitally between GO Discover Ltd and the service user, when the service is booked through this internet portal.
The contract is considered concluded at the moment of confirmation of the tour reservation by GO Discover Ltd for which the user has previously sent a request. The procedure of booking the tour and the conditions of realization are described below in the section General Terms and Conditions.
By sending the request for booking the tour, the user expressed his consent to the Terms of Use and confirmed that he had read the Rulebook on Personal Data Protection.
Contractual provisions
The user of the services in terms of these Terms of Use is a visitor to the Internet portal www.godiscover.rs.
The user can be any person who uses the service for their own needs, and not for commercial purposes. No registration is required to use the services of GO Discover Ltd, and in that sense, user registration is not a prerequisite for using the service.
The subject of the service is a selected tour of Serbia, which can be found on the website www.godiscover.rs.
The user can choose several tours and each will be the subject of a special Agreement on the provision of services, or special reservations.
The prices shown are in euros, and payment is made in dinars according to the exchange rate of the NBS on the day of payment if the payment is made in Serbia, if the user makes payments from abroad, the price in euros applies.
General Terms
The subject of GO Discover Ltd's business is the reservation of private tours in Serbia shown on the internet portal www.godiscover.rs.
Transportation is by passenger car, minivan, van or mini-bus / bus depending on the number of people.
The price is given per person. The service can be paid for with payment cards, payment to a business account and cash.
The price includes: transport, driver/guide service in Serbian and English, free bottled water and tour organization.
The price does not include (unless otherwise stated in the description of the tour): Meals, accommodation (if it is a multi-day tour), tickets, tourist taxes, guide services for other languages.
The reservation of the desired tour is made by filling out the form on the website www.godiscover.rs.
By sending the completed form, the user sent a request to book a tour and made the payment in full. After receiving the completed form and payment, GO Discover Ltd will send a booking confirmation. At the time of sending the booking confirmation, it is considered that the Service Agreement has been concluded. If for any reason it is not possible to confirm the appointment reservation GO Discover Ltd will refund the money paid in full.
In case of change or cancellation of the reservation, it is necessary for the user to send a written notice to the email address Ova adresa el. pošte je zaštićena od spambotova. If the change can be made without any additional costs, GO Discover Ltd will not charge any fee, but in case the change increases costs, the user will be informed about the costs and asked if he accepts them. If he accepts the additional costs, he is obliged to pay them without delay. If he does not accept the additional costs, it will be considered that the reservation has been canceled by the user. In case of cancellation by the user, the following will apply:
For multi-day tours
- In case of cancellation earlier than 181 days GO Discover Ltd is entitled to reimbursement of administrative costs which can be a maximum of 5% of the value of the trip.
- For cancellations between 90 and 180 days before the deadline, we retain 5% of the price of the trip
- For cancellations between 45 and 89 days before the deadline, we retain 10% of the price of the trip
- For cancellations between 30 and 44 days before the deadline, we retain 30% of the price of the trip
- For cancellations between 7 and 29 days before the deadline, we retain 50% of the price of the trip
- For cancellations between 6 and 1 day before the date, we retain 80% of the price of the trip
- In case of non-appearance or cancellation on the day of the trip, we retain 100% of the price of the trip
For city and day trips (sightseeing and excursions)
- For cancellations up to 48 hours before the appointment we keep 5% of the price of the Excursion/Sightseeing plus costs incurred depending on the type of Excursion/Sightseeing (third-party services that are paid or can not be cancelled without penalty)
- For cancellations between 47 and 24 hours before the appointment we keep 10% of the price of the Trip/Sightseeing plus the costs incurred depending on the type of Trip/Sightseeing (third-party services that are paid or can not be
cancelled without penalty) - For cancellations less than 24 hours before the date or no-show, we retain 100% of the price of the Excursion/Sightseeing
When receiving the booking confirmation, you are obliged to read the confirmation in detail and check the entered data, in case of an error, immediately inform GO Discover Ltd about the observed irregularity so that it can be corrected in a timely manner.
The vehicles used and the services provided are not adapted to people with special needs, keep this in mind when booking our tours. As soon as this type of service is possible, the information will be published on our website.
During the realization of the tour, there will be breaks for meals in catering facilities such as restaurants, cafes, farms, chards and the like. If you have special dietary requirements, please mention this either when booking or at the beginning of the tour at the latest so that we can provide you with adequate service. Fulfillment of such your request depends on the possibilities of the catering facility and there is no guarantee that every request in this regard will be met, but rest assured that GO Discover Ltd and its partners will do their best to meet all achievable requirements.
When booking a two-day or multi-day tour, please provide us with information regarding your accommodation, nutrition, dietary or any other needs that are important to your stay. We will forward your request to the caterer when the accommodation is organized, but we cannot guarantee that every request will be met, because GO Discover Ltd is not responsible for the accommodation service, but only mediates between the caterer and the user, but we will give our maximum the request is met.
When creating tours and making routes, we took into account all the factors that may affect its implementation, but there is always the possibility that due to some factor (weather, work on facilities, etc.), which GO Discover Ltd can not influence, there is a change in the route or in the tour itself, about which you will be informed in time before departure.
Responsibilities of GO Discover Ltd:
- To realize the reserved and paid tour in accordance with the description and plan. In the event that GO Discover Ltd does not realize the tour in its entirety, through the fault of GO Discover Ltd, GO Discover Ltd is obliged to refund the user a proportionate part of the money paid for the unrealized part of the tour.
- To take care of the rights and interests of users.
- To inform the user that GO Discover Ltd is not responsible for services provided by third parties that are not part of the tour organized by GO Discover Ltd.
User responsibilities:
- To check the data on the booking confirmation and to inform GO Discover Ltd in case of incorrect data without delay.
- The user is responsible for the behavior during the realization of the tour. In the event that GO Discover Ltd assesses that the user's behavior is inappropriate and disturbs the order in the places visited, especially if it is religious and cultural facilities, such user will be denied further use of the tour without the right to a refund.
- To take care of your personal belongings because GO Discover Ltd is not responsible for keeping the personal belongings of users.
- The user is responsible for all damage caused during the tour and is obliged to compensate it on the spot.
Protection of personal data
The protection of personal data is regulated in detail by the Rulebook on Personal Data Protection, which is an integral part of the Internet service www.godiscover.rs and can be downloaded in a way that allows storage, reuse and reproduction. GO Discover Ltd collects data on users exclusively for the purpose of tour realization and making reservations and payments. As registration on the internet service is not necessary to use the tour reservation service, it follows that GO Discover Ltd does not have a database with user data. GO Discover Ltd may also forward data to third parties if required by the tour, when booking accommodation in the name and on behalf of users, as well as in cases provided by law.
Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is not mandatory, but GO Discover Ltd recommends users to obtain it because GO Discover Ltd is not responsible for any injuries or accidents that may occur during the tour.
Other information
The descriptions, images and information available at www.godiscover.rs are as current and accurate as much as possible, but in reality there may be changes that GO Discover Ltd cannot update so quickly. For that reason, there may be a discrepancy between the information posted on the site and what may be the situation on the ground at a given time. In any case, GO Discover Ltd has all the relevant information at the time of confirmation of the tour reservation so that the user will be notified of any changes in relation to the information published on the Internet service.
In case of a dispute, GO Discover Ltd and the user of services will try to reach a solution by agreement, in case the disputed situation cannot be resolved peacefully, the laws of the Republic of Serbia will apply, and help will be sought from the competent court.
These conditions can be changed and supplemented in accordance with the business needs of GO Discover Ltd at any time, and based on the changed conditions and business needs. The amended terms will be made available on the website to the user at any time.
