The story goes like this...Prince Lazar stayed with the army in the cave after the Marička Battle in the fight for supremacy in Serbia, and after the Battle of Kosovo, the remnants of the army took refuge in the cave and stayed there for some time.
The first stop of this adventure is the Lazar's cave. Many legends have been told about this cave, some of which you will hear during the tour. By the way, Lazar's Cave is the longest cave in Serbia with about 10 km of tunnels explored. It is also home to 24 of the 27 indigenous bat species in the Balkans. After visiting the cave, the road leads us to two lookouts with a beautiful view of the Lazar's Canyon. Below Malinik, in the length of 9 km, with vertical cliffs and numerous caves, the Lazar’s canyon represents the longest and deepest canyon in Eastern Serbia.
We end the day's adventure with a dose of adrenaline...on the ZIP line across part of the Lazar's Canyon. The length of the ZIP line is about 220m and it's a real attraction for fans of extreme sports.
Of course, the impressions are best summed over a meal, so we will end the day with local specialties.
The duration of the adventure is about 6 hours.
